Bức Tranh Tổng Quát:

Hôm nay, Cánh Đồng Văn Hóa Nga, Âu Châu & nhất là Ukraine càng thêm phức tạp?  Đúng vậy, các Cụ của VN xưa có câu Tục Ngữ:  “Lắm Thầy Thối Ma, Lắm Cha Con Khó Lấy Chồng”?  có lẽ tạm mượn để mô tả Văn Hóa & Xã Hội của Ukraine hôm nay.  Các Chính Phủ, Hậu Cộng Sản, có thể qua kinh nghiệm và hành sử trong thời gian qua, thấy tâm tư Họ không dứt khoát Sự Nhận Thức rõ ràng “Đâu là Mô Hình Xã Hội cho Ukraine, duy trì được Ý Thức Văn Hóa Cao, Độc Lập, Không Thiên Ngả một trong Hai Lập Trường:  Bảo Thủ & Dân Chủ Tự Do ở Miền này?  Lẽ dĩ nhiên, Chính Quyền hiện tại của LB Nga với Lãnh Tụ là Ông Putin mang Chất Lượng Bảo Thủ, (thg hiểu là Social Conservative Party) hãy còn it nhiều  hóa chất tư tưởng Độc Tài của Hậu Cộng Sản, tuy đã Định Hướng Vào Dạng Văn Hóa Tự Do Dân Chủ của Tây Phương nói chung.  Phe Tự Do Dân Chủ (thường gọi là Social Liberal Party), vì thế Thiên Liên Âu.  Riêng trong Cánh Đồng Văn Hóa Ukraine cũng vậy, hai Phe Đông và Tây (Phía Đông thiên Nga vì Dân Số Ukraine gốc Nga đông, Phía Tây thiên Liên Âu vì Dân Số Ukraine đa số ảnh hưởng gốc gác Liên Âu, nhất là tư tưởng văn hóa của Họ).

 

Sau cuộc Chính Biến vừa qua (các Cụ Việt nói, Cháy Nhà ra Mặt Chuột) thì Tình Hình Chính Trị, Văn Hóa, Xã Hội, Kinh Tế Ukraine rõ ràng hơn, phức tạp hơn, khó mà giải quyết dễ dàng, nhất là TT Putin và Đảng Bảo Thủ của Ông còn mang tính chất Độc Tài, thích sử dụng Đg Lối Bạo Động, Quân Sự cho Vấn Đề Xã Hội & Văn Hóa nơi này.  Do đó, Hoa Kỳ và Liên Âu đã gừi lời Cảnh Cáo trong nhiều Nguồn Thông Tin gần đây?

 

Các Chủ Nhà Nông và các Nông Dân:

Các Nhà Lãnh Đạo (hay các Chủ Nhân Cánh Đồng Văn Hóa) nơi này cần phải Hướng Chung vào một Mục Đích Thăng Tiến Môi Trường Văn Hóa, Xã Hội và chỉ có Lập Trường Chung giải quyết bằng Hòa Giải mọi Quyền Lợi & Quyền Lực trong Vùng thì mới hy vọng cho Ukraine.  

 

Riêng Quần Chúng, nhất là Giới Trí Thức Xã Hội, cần tham dự vào Công Cuộc Hướng Định Quần Chúng để Số Phiếu ở Lập Trường Văn Hóa, Ý Thức Xã Hội mới đủ cao, đủ mạnh hầu Hình Thành Mô Hình Chính Trị & các Điều Kiện Lạc Phúc Xã Hội của Toàn Dân Ukraine.

 

Ý Hệ Văn Hóa Phân Hóa Thành 2 Khuynh Hướng: 

Bảo Thủ & Tư Do? Mùa Gặt Của Ukraine, Nga, & Liên Âu sẽ như Thế Nào? Đó là những Câu Hỏi tổng quát không những dành cho các Bác Chủ Nhà Nông hay Chủ Cánh Đồng Văn Hóa Ukraine, mà cũng do Sự Chọn Lựa đứng đắn của Quần Chúng Ukraine hôm nay nữa.  Còn Mùa Gặt sẽ có mang lại Kết Quả tốt đẹp hay không?  Chúng ta cũng vẫn phải chờ Quần Chúng Ukraine và nhất là Những Người Bạn Tốt của Nền Văn Hóa Ukraine động tâm, phát huy, vận động và yểm trợ Mô Hình Xã Hội Con Người tại đây. Riêng Tin Tức hôm qua, thì một số đông Cảnh Sát Viên đã tỏ ra hối hận về Hành Vi Bạo Lực, Giết Đồng Bào của mình và Quỳ Xin Lỗi Quần Chúng.  Phải chăng đây cũng là một Hành Vi Nhân Quả của Đời Sống Con Người, dù bất cứ Không Gian nào?

 

Tuy nhiên, theo Luật Nhân Quả, trong Tôn Giáo hay trong Khoa Học Thực Nghiệm.  Ta gieo Nhân nào thì luôn Gặt quả đó.  Chúng ta cũng sẽ biết nhanh chóng tôi khi các Chủ Nhân Cánh Đồng này Gieo Hạt trong Cánh Đồng trong những Ngày Kế Tiếp.

THE WORLD’S CULTURAL FIELD, SPECIALLY THE RUSSIAN AND & EUROPEAN UNION

 The General Picture:

Today, the Cultural Fields of Russia, EU and particularly Ukraine become more confused with different complications?  Exactly, Vietnamese Seniors have a Proverb: “Too Many Cooks Spoil the Soup”.  We may borrow IT to express the Social  Situation of Ukrained today. The Post Communist Governments, even in Ukraine and in Russia, through past experiences and alternatives, especially Leaders, have not well recognized What Is the Fittable Social Modal for Ukraine Today? How to maintain a High Cultural Level, Best Adaptations, a Respectful Independence, not bias to any Standpoint of the Present Two Tendencies:  The Social Conservatism and The Liberal One in the Region?

  Naturally & generally, the Present Russian Government with Mr. Putin, the Leader is characterized with High Conservative Characters, (understood as the Social Conservative Party), more or less, still influenced by previous Communist Habits, even the Whole Sovietic Federation has directed to the Western Democracy. The other Party, (known as The Social Liberal Party), has its tendency to lean on the European Union.  It is similar in compared with the Ukraine Cultural Background as well, being divided into Two Sides:  the East Side is pro Russia due to its original Russian Ethnic Source and the West Side is pro EU, due to its well influenced the West), particulary in their Cultural Mind.

 

After the Recent Event, Vietnamese Seniors’ Proverb says, “When the House Is Burnt, We See Clearly the Mice”, and It is the Real Situation of Ukraine Society now:  It is quite hard to solve these commplications, including Politics, Economics, Cultural Norms, etc…  Particularly, Mr. Putin and his Conservative Party, influenced by Post Communist Attitude, tend to apply Violence/Military for the Social Issue in this Region?  This is also the main reason for USA and EU, in recent news,  to warn Russian in Using Military For Solving The Ukraine Problem?

 The Owners of Farms and Their Farmers:

The Leaders or the Owners of the Cultural Fields in the region need to Direct together in to An Unique Objective how to Improve the Society & the Culture of Ukraine, and we only expect that, A Common Sense of Compromised Tendencies of the Leaders may solve the Social Problem In equalizing All Related Sides’ Interests and the People’s Social Welfare to be successful in maintaining the Peace for this Region, particularly for Ukraine.

Ukraine People, particularly the Intellectual Class, need to participate positively into the Good Direction so that the Votes are high to form Best Social Modal for Ukraine in general, and for whole Ukraine People in particular.

 The Cultural Ideology Has Divided this Place Into Two Sides: 

The Cultural Conservatism and Liberalism? What Will Be the Crops of Ukraine, Russia and EU?

Those are the Questions being reserved to Leaders or the Cultural Fields Owners in the Region, Russia, EU and Ukraine now.  These Questions are also reserved for the Local People of Ukraine with their Matured Think Tank to Make A Choice.

How About the Ukraine Crop, what will it be soon?   Will it be hopeful?  We must be waiting for the Related Sides’ Thinking and Actions to get Result, in addition with the Mutual Help of Ukraine’s Relation and International Friends as well, together they will form and support the Ukraine Social Modal.  Yesterday, the Ukraine News showed A Lot Of Violent Policemen have come out and asked People for Excuse.  Is this true this Behavior has resulted from the Cultural Good Will of the Ukraine People as well as the Others in the Globe?

However, due to the Law of Causes and Effects, both in Science and in Religion, we must remember that, “we sow what kind of seeds, we will reap the crops of those seeds”

 Therefore, we will be informed sooner or faster, depending on The Region Leaders (or the Cultural Fields ‘Owners) Who Will Row What Kind Of Seeds in the Coming Days?
