Mức Tiến Hóa của Loài Người…Trong Đời Tôi, suốt gần 7 thập niên…Rừng Nhân Loại, nơi tạo nên nhiều Biến Cố nhất!Ý Thức Hệ của Tôn Giáo đã lan sang Xã Hội…Hay là Dạng Tinh Thần… chuyển đến Dạng Vật Chất Nhu Cầu…Sau một Thời Kỳ Khống Chế của các Đế Quốc Thực Dân…Đã Reo Rắc một Cái Nhân nhiều Đen Tối! Các Nền Văn Minh của Con Người nhiều Tội Lỗi? Kinh Thánh xuất hiện từ Tấm Bé Hồn Tôi…Óc Ngây Thơ của Tôi, như Chiếc Computer…Ghi Nhận hết Cuộc Đời và Dữ Kiện…Dù Việt Nam Tôi chỉ là Phần Mềm nhỏ bé! Song độ trình Nó Tiếp Nhận thường xuyên…Vì Đế Quốc Thực Dân Pháp Chế Ngự Nước Tôi? Và Tộc Dân Tôi chỉ là Nhóm Dân Số Nhỏ…Vào giữa năm 1954, một Luồng Thủy Triều Chính Trị…Đó là Đế Quốc Pháp chần chừ chưa Trả Độc Lập cho Nước Tôi…Và cũng như Nhiều Nước Khác như Nước Tôi…Các Dân Tộc đang Vùng Lên… đòi Độc Lập…Đàn Sinh Vật Nhỏ Lạc Hồng Tôi vô cùng Chật Vật! Đa Số mong chờ Nền Độc Lập Mới ra sao? Song, phải chăng vì một Luật Trào Lưu?Người Dân Nghèo Đói, vì Chính Quyền Tham Nhũng? Luật Lệ & Nhân Quyền chưa bao giờ được Tôn Trọng? Vi Những Chính Quyền, chưa được Tiến Hóa trông mong? Cánh Đồng Văn Hóa Việt, nhan nhản Các Sâu Trùng? Nhg Nhóm Lợi Quyền trở thành Nhg Nhóm Săn Mồi tồi tệ? Nhóm Dân Nghèo Đói thành Nhg Con Mồi chạy trốn? Hay đã trở thành <một Bi Kịch của Xã Hội Đấu Tranh>?Kiếp Sống Người, vô tình rơi vào <Cảnh Ngộ Giết Nhau>?Nền Văn Minh Nhân Bản tha hóa vào Hạ Tầng Vật Chất?Nếu Mức Độ Tâm Tư chưa Thăng Hoa, Phản Tỉnh?Nên rất buồn!  Vì cả Toàn Thể Dân Tộc Việt tôi….Vẫn Chèn Ép nhau, thiếu Dựng Xây, mà Đào Thải Nhau? Họ vẫn rơi vào Dạng Kẻ Săn Mồi & Con Mồi khốn khổ? Cảnh Bầy Đàn, càng đi vào nhiều Bi Đát! Viễn Vọng Cuộc Đời, càng Bế Tắc, Tan Hoang? Dân Tộc Việt, nguyên gốc, một Bộ Tộc Hiên Ngang…Nay Đánh Mất Ý Chí, tự tiêu tan, Nền Văn Hóa Đẹp!Chúng Tôi kêu gọi, Thành Phần Tinh Hoa & Trí Thức…Phải Cùng Nhau… Phản Tỉnh… Cùng Hướng Vọng Tương Lai…Cùng Tái Tạo Nền Văn Hóa Lạc Hồng đạt Thăng Hoa …Cần Chung Lưng nhau Xây một Quê Hương đầy Hãnh Diện! Đã đến Giai Đoạn mà các Lãnh Tụ Tinh Hoa của Đất Việt…Phải Hòa Giải cùng nhau, và Đoàn Kết tích cực cùng nhau? Phải coi Đồng Loại, Ai cũng đều Quyền Lợi như nhau…Toàn Vũ Trụ cả Địa Cầu, nên coi như <Một Ngôi Nhà Thế Giới>? Một Ngôi Nhà Sống Chung Nhau Tinh Nhân Loại! Cùng Thương Nhau và Chia Sẻ cùng nhau…Mọi Tài Nguyên trong Tân Thiên Niên Kỷ Sống Chung…Cùng Xây Dựng sáng tươi Tinh Người – Nhân Loại! Tôi trải nghiệm như Chg Ta đều Lạc Loài Ích Kỷ?Đuổi Theo Nhu Cầu Vật Chất, mà Quyên Hẳn Tinh Người? Rồi sẽ Tan Vỡ Nhau & Lạc Lõng một Cuộc Đời?Chỉ nhìn thấy Những Hướng Đi vào Màn Đêm Đen Tối?

In Part 1, we talked about the term of Evaluation? What do we want to evaluate? That is the Evolution of Human Beings …In my life, nearly 7 decades, I have observed the Forest of Mankind where is the place to make the most human outrages! The Religious Ideology has spread to society. Or in another word, the Mental Form, It has moved to the Material Needs… After a period of control of the Colonial Empires. They raised a lot of Dark Spots! The Human Civilizations produced a lot of Sins? The Bible Appears From My Child… My Invisibility, like the Computer …It Recognized all Life Facts. 

Although Vietnam is just a little Software! & it often received … Bad or Good Facts in Life. Because the < Empire> French Colonialists forbade us? And my People are Just Small Populations … In mid-1954, a tide of political tide … It was the French Empire procrastinating to pay for my country … And like many other countries as my country …Ethnic groups are rising … demanding their independence …The Little People of Lac-Hong. We are extremely struggling! We are looking forward to the New Independent Platform? Is it because of a Natural Law? Do Poor & Hungry People, desire for Corrupt Government? Justice Law & Human Rights have never been respected? For the Government, not progress, as expected? The Cultural Flow of Viet, contained much of the Interruption Worms? Have the Power Group become the Terrible Predators? The Hunger People become the Runaway Preys? Or was it a playwright of social struggle? New Born Children, accidentally fall into the Killing Scenes? Civilian Humanism is never appearing in our Infrastructure? If the Level of Good Faith is not Sublimated, Reflected? We are all so sad! For the whole of my Vietnamese Nation ….We Are Still Missing Good Construction? Does the Government still fall into the wretched predator? The scene of the Bands or Herds, are more and more seen! And the Life Vesting, the more shutting down & broken apart? The Vietnamese race, original, a Proud Race…Lost of Our Will to Build Our Beautiful Culture! We Call, Essence & Knowledge… We must be together to Attain Our Outstanding Reflection … Along the Way to Our Future… Together with Lac Hong Culture, We Must Redo our Reconstruction!

But at this phase, the root of Flower Vietnam …We should have A Mediation together, and Solidarity together? And in order to see the same category, Everyone has the same Rights …And the Universe as well as The Globe should be considered as the House of the World … A Common House of Humanity! Together we Love Each Other, & Don’t Be Fall Apart… We Must Be Sharing All Resources in the Millennium of Life …Together Brighten the Mankind! Must Be Together … We Must Have A Deeper Reflection … Along the Way to Our Future …Together with Our Lac Hong Culture Reconstruction Must Be Done… We Need Jointly Building a Proud Country! It has come to the stage that the Outstanding Intellectuals of Vietnam … They Must Mediate Together, and Build Our Solidarity Together? One must look at the same type, everyone has equal rights …The entire Universe, should be considered as a <World Home>? A Common House of Humanity! Together, We Must Share Equally All Resources in This New Millennium …Together, We Will Build Our Brighten Mind, the <The Mind of Mankind>. It seems to me, I experience the same Character of Selfishness in All of Us, and in Everywhere? The Mature Mind Expulsion According to Material Need, Which Man Should Be Human? Then Will Break Out & Lose A Life? Just see The Road to Darkness?
